This has a slightly more matte finish than the Satin Finishing Powder. This will aid in excess oil absorption for those with combination to oily skin, but it will not dry out your face. You can use it all over your face, or apply it only to oily zones. If you have oily skin, try using it before applying your foundation as well so that the foundation will adhere to your skin better.
