Shipping

Orders paid with Paypal, where payments are funded by existing PayPal funds or credit card, are usually shipped within 3-5 business days. On occasion, it may take longer for larger orders to be shipped as we hand-craft and custom-blend our mineral makeup products.

Orders paid by Paypal eChecks, money orders, or cashiers checks will be held until the payment has been received and cleared. Please allow additional 5-8 business days (longer during the holidays and for international orders) for it to be delivered.

Shipping within the United States:

*To qualify for free shipping, your total purchase must reach the designated amount prior to the costs of shipping and tax. Cost of Gift Certificates, downloadable products, and items already marked free shipping are excluded from the order total when calculating free shipping.

International shipping:

The customer will be responsible for the customs, duty, tax, or other fees on overseas orders. EcoGlo Minerals is required by law to correctly identify the contents of the shipment. We will not mark any package as "gift," and we will enter the correct dollar amount on customs forms. EcoGlo Minerals cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items, as well as delayed packages due to customs. There is no tracking available for international orders. All prices are shown in US Dollars.

Canada:

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for full-sized jars provided that the product is unused and unopened with seal in tact. Customer pays all return shipping charges. We recommend that you add tracking to your return package. EcoGlo Minerals is not responsible for lost shipments. Please contact us to arrange a return or exchange.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on sample-sized products, cosmetic brushes and skin care products.

If we made a mistake with your order, we will take care of return shipping and send you a replacement item with no additional shipping charge.

If you received a damaged or defective item, please email us within 10 days of your package receipt, and we will resolve the issue immediately.

Because our ingredients are naturally-occurring minerals, slight variations in color are possible.

Please note that the colors you see on the screen might not resemble the actual product as all computers display colors differently. We encourage you to try sample sizes before committing to full-size products.

Payment

We accept credit cards, instant payments, and eChecks via Paypal and Google Checkout. Your order will be held until the payment is received. We do not accept personal checks.

Orders paid by PayPal's eCheck will be held until the payment has cleared, which may take up to 5 business days. In some cases, funds may be removed from your bank account several days prior to EcoGlo Minerals actually receiving the credit.

Sales Tax

Orders shipped to the state of Utah incur 6.85% sales tax on the total sales price including shipping and handling charges if applicable.
